Aunty Helen’s Coconut Macadamia Nut Bars

Crust: 
1 cup all purpose flour 
½ cup brown sugar 
½ cup margarine
Mix and put in pan.  Bake for 12 minutes.
1 cup brown sugar 
2 tablespoons flour
 teaspoon baking powder
 1 ½ cups coconut 
 1 teaspoon vanilla 
 1 cup Diced Macadamia Nuts 
 2 eggs
Mix and pour over first layer.  Bake 20 minutes at 350 degree. Arlene’s White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies with Blueberries

Cream:
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar

Add:
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix in:
1 1/4 cup flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt

Stir in:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Diced Macadamia Nuts
1 cup dried blueberries

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.

Aunty Helen’s Macadamia Nut Shrimp

Raw Shrimp, shelled w/ tail on
Salt
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Macadamia Nut Fines

Salt Shrimp.
Dust with flour.
Dip in egg wash.
Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines.

Fry in oil until golden brown.

Nadine’s Macadamia Nut Encrusted Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi filets
Salt
Pepper
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Macadamia Nut Fines

Salt and Pepper Mahi Mahi.
Dust with flour.
Dip in egg wash.
Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
