Raw Shrimp, shelled w/ tail on Salt Flour 1 egg, beaten Macadamia Nut Fines Salt Shrimp. Dust with flour. Dip in egg wash. Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines. Fry in oil until golden brown.

Mahi Mahi filets Salt Pepper Flour 1 egg, beaten Macadamia Nut Fines Salt and Pepper Mahi Mahi. Dust with flour. Dip in egg wash. Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
