Arlene’s White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies with Blueberries

Cream:
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar

Add:
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix in:
1 1/4 cup flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt

Stir in:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Diced Macadamia Nuts
1 cup dried blueberries

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
