Aunty Helen’s Macadamia Nut Shrimp

Raw Shrimp, shelled w/ tail on
Salt
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Macadamia Nut Fines

Salt Shrimp.
Dust with flour.
Dip in egg wash.
Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines.

Fry in oil until golden brown.
