Nadine’s Macadamia Nut Encrusted Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi filets
Salt
Pepper
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Macadamia Nut Fines

Salt and Pepper Mahi Mahi.
Dust with flour.
Dip in egg wash.
Roll in Macadamia Nut Fines

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
